 Senate Bill 21-249 (introduced in April 2021 and signed in June 2021) creates the “Keep Colorado Wild Pass” or “Wild Pass”, an optional state parks pass that will be available for purchase starting in 2023 at the time a motor vehicle is registered. The Wild Pass will replace and supplement existing revenue .
